About Evan

Evan’s diverse experience and skill comes from having been self-employed throughout his career. With degrees in Finance and Marketing, he started initially as a Chartered Accountant, with his own practice in Auckland for 10 years.

In the following two decades he purchased and successfully ran various FMCG, Industrial Chemical, and Environmental companies before selling to a number of multi-nationals. In recent years his focus has been working with business owners and leaders to help them take their businesses to the next level.

Evan works with a range of SME’s to help them plan and structure for growth and build robust decision-making and governance processes. He is also a regular contributor to The Icehouse Owner Manager Programme.
