Who is this for?

What you'll get from the programme

For a few years now, many of those who completed our programmes have said they would like a ‘refresher’ course to reflect on how they’re going and to be re-inspired on their growth journey. Leaders Exchange (LX) offers the opportunity for our Leadership Development Programme alumni to come together and rekindle the spark that started with their initial programme experience. LX is a forum for alumni to build new networks in a format that is familiar, practical and energising.

The content and focus will be fresh and relevant and designed to challenge you to think differently. Participants will have the opportunity to spend quality time with like-minded alumni and experienced business leaders across the two days. You will revisit and reflect on where you were at the end of your Leadership Development Programme, where you are now and to refresh your leadership blueprint in the context of your current opportunities and challenges.

About the Facilitator

Jo Clayton is an experienced director, general manager and consultant who works with The Icehouse as a facilitator on Leaders Exchange, the Leadership Development Programme as well as customised programmes. She likes to create long term relationships with clients and enable them to take a more proactive approach to managing their businesses and leading their people in order to build the sustainability of their businesses and position them for growth.

Having led many teams and businesses herself, she understands the issues business leaders contend with, such as having to manage the day to day business while trying to think strategically about their businesses, and that many business leaders have a good grasp on what they need to do but need some support in how they make it happen.
